What happens to your Repricing when Amazon decides to remove the Buy Box on a listing. This article will guide you through how to use the Suppressed Buy Box Scenario.

What is a Suppressed Buy Box

A suppressed Buy Box means that Amazon has removed the Buy Box from a product listing. The suppressed Buy Box will not show a winner of the Buy Box, but instead will allow the shopper to select from a list of sellers.

With the new Suppressed Buy Box option, users can now choose how they would like the Repricer to behave in these scenarios.

If there is no Buy Box

To decide how you would like your products to reprice when there is no Buy Box available, go to the If there is no Buy Box option on the Advanced Rule track within your repricing rule.

You can now determine how you would like the Repricer to behave on your products assigned to the repricing rule when there is currently no Buy Box available:

  • Price as Normal: No change to repricing behavior if there is no Buy Box
  • Buy Box Threshold: Use the highest Buy Box eligible price
  • Go to Min: Moves your price to the Minimum Price you have set for this product
  • Go to Max: Moves your price to the Maximum Price you have set for this product
  • Stop: Don’t adjust the product's price

Finding Products where there is  no Buy Box
