Once you sign up for the free trial, you will need to create an account then you can link multiple channels to start repricing them.

This help guide will show you how to connect Amazon channels to Repricer.com.

Before you start

  • As an official Amazon Web Services partner, our software is hosted by Amazon and ensures we respond instantly to price changes.

  • Our triple-check safeguards ensure that you never sell below the Minimum price you set.

  • Your account must be a pro-seller account to allow configuration.

01 Register your account

To start with Repricer.com, you will need to create an account. You can do it really quickly using the Continue with Google option. In this example, we'll go old school and select to Sign up with email.

Simply enter a few details as well as your Email Address and Password to create your account with Repricer.com

After this is done, the screen will present you all the marketplaces you can add to your account. In this example, we'll select Amazon. To find out how to connect eBay, click here.

02 Selecting your Amazon store

Our first step requires access to the Amazon Marketplace Webservices (MWS) API. As a verified Amazon partner, we will only have secure access to limited information; we cannot access your login details or other confidential information.

Note: all Amazon stores must be added separately ie. if you sell on Amazon UK and Amazon US these must be added separately. Once added there is no further configuration necessary.

Select an Amazon store in the list and click Connect to Amazon. You will need to log into your Amazon account for this connection to be made.Note: Repricer.com currently supports all Amazon marketplaces, including but not limited to US, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, CA, MX, JP, IN, AU, BR, UAE, TK, NL, SE, PL and SG.

03 Signing up for MWS

Once logged in, you will be directed to your Amazon Marketplace Webservices (MWS) License Agreement page. To authorize Amazon's MWS terms and allow the connection to xSellco. Read this agreement and tick to allow xSellco to connect to your Amazon account. After that, click Next.mws Click the Continue button to return back to Repricer.com account.

Now the connection has been made to Amazon, we need to configure our products in Repricer.com. These settings will not go live until you confirm and review and can be changed within the tool at any time.

04 Create your Repricing Rule

You will create your strategy in Repricer.com by setting up Repricing Rules. These will let you decide how we will reprice when a competitor changes their price. We have the ability to again choose to go above/below and if we want to choose an amount or percentage. The most frequent rule would probably be going .01 below your competitor. You also have the ability to match by placing 0.

Repricer.com will give you 4 templates on-screen to help. In this example, we'll select the Basic Express Repricer (which is the recommended setup for first-time users). Click Select & Continue.
After selecting your Repricing Rule, you will then go to the next step and set your pricing limits.

05 Set your Min and Max prices

From here we will need to give your Repricing Rule a name and set up our Minimum and Maximum prices. This gives Repricer.com a range to reprice between. Here is a brief description of these two fields.

  • Minimum price (My Lowest Price)

This will be the lowest we will reprice your product at so ensure this is competitive and above your combined costs.

  • Maximum price (My Highest Price)

This will be the highest we will reprice your product. So if there are no competitors on a product you can choose to jump up this price. Make sure this is still a sellable and competitive price.

The Basic Express Repricing setup allows you to set your Minimum and Maximum price range based on a percentage above or below your current price. In the future, you will also be able to change your Min and Max prices directly on-screen or in bulk via CSV. To find out more information about this, click here.Note: Repricer.com will never reprice below the Minimum or above the Maximum price set. If you're not sure what Min/Maxs will be set according to the values you select, you will see an example on the right-hand side of the screen.

Once you have completed this step, all of your products will be set with a Repricing Rule and with Minimum/Maximum prices in Repricer.com so they're configured to reprice. You can then click on Safe Mode | Review Products to continue.
Safe Mode means that your products will start repricing internally within Repricer.com only but your new prices won't be uploaded to Amazon just yet. It's a safeguard allowing you to observe what your new prices would look like on Amazon without actually changing them. To find out more, click here.

The next screen will display what your pricing bounds (Min/Max pricing range) will look like based on what you set up previously in your Repricing Rule. If you're happy with them, you can choose to Save & Enable to get out of Safe Mode and actively start repricing your products. If you'd rather wait for a while and do it later, simply select I'll enable this rule later.
Pro Tip: If you then wanted to add more Amazon channels, simply go to the Channels screen and repeat the process above!
