01 General Reasons
You will find below the most common reasons why your products wouldn't import into your Repricer.com account.
-
Recently added products: Repricer.com downloads new products periodically. If you have just recently added your products then they may not yet have downloaded yet. Be patient, they will download shortly.
-
Inactive/OOS products: by default, Repricer.com will only download active listings. This means if your product is out of stock or has been marked inactive on Amazon, we won't download it until they are back active and in stock. If you wanted to change this setting to allow out-of-stock products to import, get in touch with our Support Team and they'll be able to do this for you!
-
Account needs re-linked: If no new products have been added then our access to your eBay or Amazon account may have expired and you need to relink. Check the Settings → Channels screen and check if your channel is suspended. If this is the case, you will simply need to relink it to allow your listings to download.
- Time delay: it can sometimes happen that there are delays in getting your products to import in Repricer.com, it's recommended to wait a bit until your products import then.
02 Amazon-Specific Reasons

Custom Labels: If your product doesn't have any custom labels we won't download them from eBay. Custom labels are required for us to properly link your product on eBay to Repricer.com so we require that you add these. To find out more about how to add custom labels to your account, click here.
-
Commas in custom labels: If your custom label on eBay has a comma in it we won't be able to download it into Repricer.com. Please make sure not to use comma (,) in your custom labels.
-
Variation Listings: Repricer.com doesn't currently offer repricing on Variation products (Child or Parent SKUs). We won't download these types of products.
