This help file will guide you through what actions to take if you can't access certain screens in Repricer.com


Before you start 

 
  • You need to have a Repricer.com account. To find out how to create one, click here.
 
  • Some troubleshooting might require an Admin login to eDesk. If you don’t have an Admin login, you can request one from an Admin user within your business.
 
  • Check whether Repricer is enabled on your account


The most common reason why Repricer is missing or not showing in your account is if you don't have access to it. 
 

  1. Get in touch with an Admin user in your Repricer.com account.

  2. Ask them to go to the Settings  → Users section.

  3. They can then click on your username.

  4. Select the Repricer tab.

  5. Ensure the option xSellco Repricer Enabled is toggled on.


Note:
if your Admin can't see the xSellco Repricer Enabled option, they need to contact our Support Team first so they can enable it.


  • Check your Subscription plan 


Another common reason why certain features are missing or not showing in your account is if the feature itself isn't included in your Repricer.com subscription plan.

Example: if you're using the Repricer.com Express plan, you won't have access to Multichannel pricing.

If you want to access this feature, you can simply follow the instructions below:

  • Get in touch with an Admin user in your eDesk account and ask them to upgrade the account in the Settings → Subscription section so you can have access then.
