Note: FTP imports use the same file format as manual imports submitted via the Repricer Import Screen. You should familiarize yourself with Amazon imports and eBay Imports before attempting to setup an FTP.
Amazon FTP Configuration
Follow the steps below in your Repricer account to connect your FTP for Amazon. By default, the system will check for new files every hour.
- Check the sidebar on the left of your screen
- Click Settings > Company Settings
- Click on the Amazon FTP tab
With the FTP tab open, it's time to add your FTP settings. If you have your own FTP you can enter them here, or if you'd like Repricer to supply an FTP you can reach out to our Support Team who can set one up for you. Now let's take a look at the various fields and what they are.
- Active: toggle this switch to activate or deactivate the FTP integration.
- Filename: add the name of the file you want to import via FTP.
- Directory: add the directory of your FTP (if applicable).
- FTP Host: add the hostname of your FTP.
- FTP Username: the username you use for your FTP.
- FTP Password: the password you use for your FTP.
Note: Your FTP Settings are case sensitive so be careful when entering these values to ensure that you have double-checked your casing.
Once you have set your FTP settings you can set it live. At that time Repricer will check your FTP directory once per hour and import your file automatically. Good stuff!
eBay FTP Configuration
