The following video covers the same content as this article,01 How does the Test Mode work?
The Test Mode will allow you to stop all uploads to Amazon for a specific channel. This means that Repricing will still take place internally within your Repricer.com account but no prices will get uploaded to Amazon. Once you turn off the Test Mode, all the uploads will resume.
The Test Mode is really useful if you just started using Repricer.com for example and you don't want to change your live prices on Amazon. Simply set up your account and leave it in Test Mode so you can observe what your new prices will look like directly within your account without affecting your prices on Amazon.
Then if you're happy with what you see, turn off the Test Mode and your new prices will get uploaded to Amazon.
The Test Mode is also a great safeguard if you made a pricing mistake on all your products (if you set incorrect Min and Max prices for example). You can enable it to stop the uploads, correct your Minimum and Maximum values then leave the Test Mode again.
02 How to activate the Test Mode?
Simply follow the steps below:-
Navigate to Settings → Channels.
-
Select the Amazon channel you want to activate the Test Mode for and navigate to the Repricer section.
-
You will then see a Test Mode toggle that you can switch on to enable the feature.
-
Once enabled, scroll down and Save Changes.
You will simply need to turn the Test Mode option OFF whenever you want your Amazon uploads for this channel to resume.
