Repricer.com is an automated Repricing software for online sellers. Your strategy can be targeted at your competitors and/or based on your products’ current performance or characteristics.
In this article, we’ll take a look at the most frequently asked questions about Repricer.com
Before you start
-
You need to have a Repricer.com account. To find out how to create one, click here.
01 I just signed up. Where are my products?
After you sign up for a Repricer.com account and select a marketplace, you will need to follow the on-screen instructions to get setup. After that, we will automatically import all of your inventory currently active and in stock.
Depending on the number of SKUs you are importing to Repricer.com, the import can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours.
02 How do I add new products to my Repricer.com account?
You won’t have to worry about the new products you list on Seller Central, as soon as they’re active and in stock, they will be automatically imported into your Repricer.com account within the next 12 hours. You will then be able to set a Min and Max price as well as a Repricing Rule to start repricing them.
Pro Tip: you will be able to save time and set up Auto-Assign Prices and Rules in your account to automatically apply Min and Max prices, and also Repricer rule to any new listings i.e. any new or recently back in-stock items from that channel.
The option can be enabled via Settings > Channels > click on the Amazon channel > Under the Auto-Assign Prices and Rules tab.
03 Why is my price not updating?
There would be plenty of reasons why your product price isn’t updating. A few examples would be if you run out of stock if your item becomes inactive on Seller Central if you use a Sale Price, or even if your item isn’t configured to reprice (no Min and Max prices or no repricing rule set), etc…
Pro Tip: The best way to find out exactly why your product isn’t repricing would be to contact our Support Team directly for guidance.
04 How often do you update stock levels?
Similarly to adding new products, your stock levels will be automatically updated by Repricer.com every 12 hours.
05 Why does Repricer.com show fewer products than I have on Amazon?
Repricer.com only imports items currently active and in stock in your Seller Central account. This avoids importing items that have been inactive or out of stock for a while.
Note: Similarly, the Repricer.com Dashboard would also only display products in stock.
06 When do price updates occur?
Repricer.com will reprice your items instantly when a price changes under the ASIN or when you change individual Min and Max prices. We also sync with Amazon every 12 hours and re-evaluate all pricing with that data.
07 How does Algorithmic Repricing work?
The Algorithmic Repricer tracks Buy Box ownership of various seller types, e.g. those using Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) versus those that do not, across all xSellco Repricer.com accounts. Your product pricing is then constantly adjusted to maximize profitability subject to your defined Minimum price.
Note: If you want finer control of individual product prices, you can choose to use classic Repricing Rules instead.
08 What happens to my out-of-stock products?
By default, your products that are out-of-stock will be automatically removed from your Repricer.com account after a few days. Whenever they're back active and in stock, they will re-import in your account but they won't have the previous Min/Maxs or Repricing rules assigned.
If you want your products to automatically get Min/Maxs and a Repricing rule assigned to them, feel free to use the Auto-assign option in your account. To find out more about this, click here.
