When exporting your products from Repricer in preparation for an Import you have a number of different Templates you can use. In this article, we'll introduce you to the available Templates and the fields available in each. 
Note: These Templates relate to Amazon Imports and Exports. You can learn more about eBay Imports and Exports here.

Template Fields

Let's start by taking a look at the fields available within Repricer's various Templates. In the next section, we'll cover which fields are included in each Template. 

sku (Required)
This field is the SKU for your listing on Amazon.

marketplace (Required)
The marketplace in which the product is sold (e.g. AUS is Amazon US).

merchant_id (Required)
Your Amazon Merchant/Seller ID.

fba (Required)
The FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) status of each of your SKUs. This will be in a Yes or No format. Yes means that the SKU is FBA, while No means that the SKU is not FBA.

title (Informational)
The Title of your Product on Amazon.

asin (Informational)
The ASIN of the listing on Amazon (For example, B08T6B7PXY).

price_min (Updateable)
The minimum price (Including Shipping) that you are prepared to sell your product for. Enter this in the local currency for each marketplace. i.e. for Amazon UK, you would enter your Min/Max prices in GB Pounds.

price_max (Updateable)
The maximum price (Including Shipping) that you are prepared to sell your product for. Enter this in the local currency for each marketplace. i.e. for Amazon DE, you would enter your Min/Max prices in Euros.

repricer_name (Updateable)
The name of the Repricing Rule that wish to apply to this SKU. The names of your Rules can be found on the Repricing Rules page.

sales_rule (Updateable)
The name of the Sales Rule that wish to apply to this SKU. The names of your Sales Rule can be found on the Repricing Rules page.

cross_asin_enabled (Updateable)
If your SKU has Cross ASIN Repricing enabled or not. This will be in a Yes or No format.

cross_asin_list (Updateable)
The list of ASINs entered into your Cross ASIN List for Cross ASIN Repricing.

estimated_seller_count (Informational)
The number of sellers on your offer at the time your listing was last repriced. If there are more than 20 sellers, this will display 20.

lowest_landed_price (Informational)
The Lowest Priced offer (Including Shipping) at the time your listing was last repriced.

buy_box_price (Informational)
The Buy Box Price (Including Shipping) at the time your listing was last repriced.

buy_box_winner (Informational)
The Winner of the Buy Box at the time your listing was last repriced.

my_price (Informational)
The current price that your product is selling for on Amazon (excluding shipping).

business_price (Informational)
If you are subscribed to Amazon Business within Repricer, your single unit Amazon Business Price (excluding shipping).

my_shipping (Informational)
The current Shipping rate charged on your listing. If this amount is 0, then free shipping has been offered. 

open_date (Informational)
The date that the SKU was first listed on Amazon.

last_sale (Informational)
The date that the last sale of the SKU occurred. Any sales from before you started using Repricer will not be included.

quantity (Informational)
The quantity of your product which is available on your listing. Repricer automatically updates this multiple times a day however it is not a live number.


The next batch of fields are only available to users on Repricer's Ultimate and Extreme plans.

unit_cost (Updateable)
This is your product purchase price, excluding any additional fees (shipping, fulfillment, warehousing, etc.). This figure is needed to calculate your profits.

unit_currency (Required if unit_cost supplied)
This is the currency used to purchase the product (i.e. USD, EUR, GBP, CAD). Conversion rates are automatically updated each day to preserve your margins.

shipping_cost (Updateable)
Cost of shipping the product to your customers. It is an optional field, but you should enter a value here for accurate profit calculation.

shipping_currency (Required if Shipping_Cost supplied)
This is the currency used to ship the product (i.e. USD, EUR, GBP, CAD). Conversion rates are automatically updated each day to preserve your margins.

pickpack_cost (Updateable)
Pick and pack cost of each unit according to your own internal calculations. You can fill this in for a more accurate calculation of profit on each sale.

pickpack_currency (Required if Pickpack_Cost supplied)
This is the currency used in relation to the pick and pack costs associated with the product (i.e. USD, EUR, GBP, CAD). Conversion rates are automatically updated each day to preserve your margins.

rrp_price (Updateable)
The Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of the product. 

rrp_currency (Required if RRP_Price supplied)
This is the currency used in relation to the RRP of the product (i.e. USD, EUR, GBP, CAD). Conversion rates are automatically updated each day to preserve your margins.

vat_rate (Updateable)
The rate of Value Added Tax or Sales Tax to apply (a number between 0 and 100)

set_own_fees (Updateable)
Control if you want to set your own fees instead of having them automatically downloaded from Amazon. This will be in a Yes or No format.

fee_listing (Updateable if set_own_fees is Yes)
Amazon's listing fee for this SKU (e.g. use 15 for 15% listing fee).

fba_fee  (Updateable if set_own_fees is Yes)
Amazon's FBA fee for fulfillment. Only required for FBA-type SKU. Note that Amazon's actual charge will be used instead when available. This can take up to 24 hours after the product is initially listed.

fba_currency  (Updateable if set_own_fees is Yes, required if FBA_Fee supplied)
This is the currency used in relation to the FBA fees paid on the product (i.e. USD, EUR, GBP, CAD). Conversion rates are automatically updated each day to preserve your margins.

closing_fee  (Updateable if set_own_fees is Yes)
The closing fee charged for this product if sold. Closing fees only apply to specific categories on Amazon including Books and Media.

closing_fee_currency  (Updateable if set_own_fees is Yes, Required if closing_fee supplied)
This is the currency used in relation to the closing fee paid on the product (i.e. USD, EUR, GBP, CAD). Conversion rates are automatically updated each day to preserve your margins.


Template Types

Repricer currently offers 5 different Template types. Two of these are only available on our Ultimate plan and Higher. All of our Templates have the following fields,

Essentials

The Essentials Template gives you just the essentials. Essentials will give you the following fields,

sku | marketplace | merchant_id | fba | title | asin
price_min | price_max | repricer_name | sales_rule

Costs

The Costs Template is limited to Repricer's Ultimate and Extreme plans as these fields tie into features only available on these plans. You can use it to review and update your Product Costs. Let's take a look at the fields available on this Template,

Costs & Fees

Cross ASIN

The Pricing Status Template allows you to review and update the SKUs you have enabled for Cross ASIN Repricing. Let's take a look at the fields available,
