This guide will walk you through the troubleshooting solutions if the Kick-Start Repricer doesn't work.

Before you start

 
  • You’ll need an Admin login to Repricer.com. If you don’t have an Admin login, you can request one from an Admin user within your business.
 
  • You’ll need to be on the Repricer Plus, Ultimate or Extreme plan to access this feature. To find out more information, click here.
 

01 Kick-Start Repricing Troubleshooting

The Kick-Start Repricer allows you to set an automated loop of increasing or decreasing your current price by a set amount or percentage and then reverting back to the original price and repricing method.

It's important to keep in mind that the Kick-Start Repricer won't work for certain products, for example:

  • Products where you are currently winning the Buy Box.

Kick-Start Repricing will only take place for products if you're not in the Buy Box spot.

  • Products that don't have competition.

You need to have competitors listed under the ASINs in order to reprice. Therefore the Kick-Start Repricer will only work for items with competition.

  • Products that are out of stock.

Items out of stock don't qualify for the Kick-Start repricer.

  • Products that are not configured for Repricing.

Your SKUs need to have a Minimum and Maximum price set as well as a Repricing Rule assigned to be configured for Repricing. If they don't, Kick-Start Repricing won't work for these.
