Amazon Pan-European FBA helps you sell across Amazon's European marketplaces by placing your inventory closer to your customers.

This help file will guide you through everything you need to know about this program and how it works with

Before you start

  • You need to have a account. To find out how to create one, click here.
  • You'll need to have Amazon connected as a channel. To find out how to do this, click here.

01 What is the Pan-European Fulfilment Program?

It's an Amazon program you can enroll in if you’re selling FBA products across the Amazon European marketplaces. Amazon will distribute and store your products in fulfilment centers across Europe in specific countries you select for storage and ultimately will save you fulfilment costs (i.e. smaller FBA fees) versus the standard European Fulfilment Network for FBA products.

Therefore when your FBA product is sold in one Amazon European marketplace, you will only pay the local fulfilment fee from that marketplace; as opposed to paying a cross-border fee for each order shipped in case you use the standard European Fulfilment Network program.

Note: you can enroll in the Pan-European Fulfilment program from within your Amazon account. To find out more, click here.

02 How to add it within your account?

If you're part of the program, it's very easy to include it in your account.

  1. Simply go to Settings → Company Settings → Repricer.

  2. From the drop-down menu, select the Amazon channel that will serve as the fulfilment channel/country (you need to know which Amazon channel will do that - if in doubt, don't hesitate to contact Amazon Support to get help).

  3. Hit Save Changes.

Completing this step assures will import the correct FBA fees from Amazon for your FBA products.
